Our theme for this year will be, 'Fairytales & Folktales'.
We are very excited to be welcoming an author into school on this day who will be reading extracts of her stories to the pupils; answering their questions and also leading some short writing workshops where the pupils will be inspired to create their own adapted fairytales. To help us celebrate this day we would love your child to come to school in 'Fairytales & Folktales' themed fancy dress. On this day, your child is welcome to come to school either dressed as character from one of their favourite books or in their school uniform.
